YouTube Cosmic Panda – Broadcast Yourself Activate page.  Try out the new YouTube layout, its pretty neat, it takes out more space on the front part for videos and a better color layout than the original white background. Over all it looks neat more sleek design. The comment section is great and on the mobile version there is a new layout for the comments and share. If you are lucky enough to get it up to test it let me know, I haven’t had a chance to see it on my mobile device yet.
